Homemade Pita Chips - 4 Ways - Sea Salt

Sea salt:

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

  1. Start off by preheating your oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Next slice the pita bread into eighths and spread them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Then in a small glass bowl, combine the melted coconut oil and sea salt. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the chips.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.

Spicy:

Ingredients:

  • 1 organic pita bread

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Garlic Parmesan:

  • 1 teaspoon organic parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill or parsley, minced

Directions:

  1. Start off by preheating your oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Next slice the pita bread into eighths and spread them out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Then in a small glass bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, parmesan cheese, herbs and garlic. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the chips.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
