Makes 6 cups
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 3/4 cup organic fresh corn, cooked
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup organic or non-gmo barbecue sauce
- 1 3/4 cup organic pinto beans
- 1/4 cup diced parsley
- 1/4 cup diced dill
- Mix together your veggies, corn, beans and herbs.
- Add the sauce and mix until evenly coated.
