D.I.Y No Machine Ice Cream – Mango Swirl

Makes 2 cups of ice cream

Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. Mix together the ice cream base and diced mango until evenly distributed. Do not over mix.
  2. Add the mango puree and swirl with a spoon to make a marble design.
  3. Place in a resealable container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

This recipe lasts up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
