Makes 2 cups of ice cream
- 2 cups no machine ice cream base (click here for the recipe)
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 1/4 cup finely diced mango
- Mix together the ice cream base and diced mango until evenly distributed. Do not over mix.
- Add the mango puree and swirl with a spoon to make a marble design.
- Place in a resealable container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
This recipe lasts up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
